Bar Ilan Software Support - Working With Text Display Windows

 

 

Text display windows resemble expanded display windows and offer most of the same options. Thus, you can scroll through text windows, save or print their contents, etc., just as you can with expanded display windows. For more details, see above, p. 60, and below, Chapter 9, “Working with Responsa Windows.”

•    Text windows ordinarily appear on the left side of the main Bar Ilan CD Responsa window. However, you can reposition these windows by dragging them to another part of the main Responsa window.
•    When displaying texts together with commentaries (for example, Talmud Bavli along with Rashi), displaying the next or previous unit of text displays the commentaries on this next/previous unit of text in the commentary window.
